1. Access to Wedding Advice via Email as Much as Needed

Beginning at two months out from your date, you are just one email away from asking your day of wedding coordinator all the questions that pop into your mind. Whether you have one question (or 10!), coordinator is more than happy to help.


2. Two, One Hour Meetings Prior to Your Wedding Day

Having these one-on-one check-ins is a great way to ensure that everything is going accordingly and that you and your spouse feel prepared for the big day. Your first meeting will take place 6 weeks out followed by your second meeting at 3 weeks out.


3. Creation of Floorplan, Timeline, and Contact & Setup List

The behind the scenes on wedding planning may involve many moving parts which can easily become a hassle to keep track of. Having your day of wedding coordinator help you organize and streamline everything will not only put your mind at ease, but ensure that the day of goes smoothly for you, your guests, and involved wedding vendors.


4. Vendor Mediation

During your second meeting with your Day of Wedding Coordinator, you may choose to have a final venue walkthrough together if needed. This service is totally optional so it's completely based on your personal needs & wants.
