MEET STEPHANIE RICHARDS

Stephanie Richards has built her career at ACT 3 Catering from the event floor up. She began by working events, bartending, and managing onsite execution before transitioning into the office in 2021. Since then, she has continued to grow through the organization and now oversees the sales team, operations, and event staff as Director of Catering.

Her broad experience gives her a practical understanding of every stage of an event—from the earliest planning conversations to the final truck being unloaded at the end of the night. Stephanie is known for solving problems, creating order from complexity, and helping the team stay focused when event days move quickly. She especially enjoys seeing people from across the company come together to deliver an experience that feels seamless to the client.

Stephanie believes exceptional service is what truly distinguishes ACT 3. Great food is essential, but the way clients are welcomed, supported, and cared for is what they remember. Her goal is for every client to look back on choosing ACT 3 as one of the easiest and best decisions they made during the planning process.

Among all her accomplishments, Stephanie is most proud of the team that has been built. She values the small moments that define the culture—especially the end of a busy event day, when everyone returns to the warehouse, unloads the trucks, and shares stories from the events they just completed.
