As part of this collaboration, El Koreano Café, a concept under ACT 3 Catering, brings bold Korean-Mexican fusion to LeMay – America’s Car Museum. Building on a strong following from its food truck, El Koreano now offers a permanent café experience within the museum, open to both visitors and the public. With a menu that blends signature favorites with new café offerings, the space adds a dynamic and approachable dining option, creating a seamless connection between great food, memorable experiences, and one of Tacoma’s premier destinations.
