MEET ROSLYN OVERALL

Roslyn Overall’s love of events began early. She grew up helping with events through her family’s business and was immediately drawn to the combination of creativity, people, logistics, and organization. In fact, she planned her first event in third grade, when she organized a baby shower for one of her teachers.

As a Wedding Coordinator, Roslyn guides couples from their initial inquiry through the final planning details that allow the onsite team to execute a smooth wedding day. She helps clients understand the full-service catering process, develops the details of their vision, and works carefully to ensure that information is organized and ready before the event begins.

Roslyn enjoys that every couple and every wedding is different. Her strength is bringing structure to those differences—listening to what matters most, identifying the details that need attention, and creating a plan that helps the event team do what they do best. One of her most memorable events was a ten-course Chinese wedding dinner for 350 guests, an experience that showcased the coordination and precision large celebrations require.

For Roslyn, the most rewarding part of the job is building relationships with clients and helping them have one of the best days of their lives. She approaches each wedding with enthusiasm, organization, and an understanding that the smallest details can have a significant impact on the overall experience.
