MEET JOEY SANDBERG

Corporate & Social Catering Coordinator

Joey Sandberg joined ACT 3 Catering in May 2024 after being referred to the company and beginning as a Hospitality Hero. His positive attitude, strong communication skills, and genuine passion for working with people quickly made him a natural fit for event coordination.

As a Corporate & Social Event Coordinator, Joey works with clients from their initial inquiry through the final event details, helping coordinate corporate functions, social celebrations, and private events. He believes exceptional hospitality begins with listening carefully, communicating clearly, and building trust throughout the planning process.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and watching soccer. Before pursuing hospitality, he was preparing to play semi-professional soccer in England before the COVID-19 pandemic changed those plans. Today, he brings that same competitive drive and team-first mentality to every event he helps create.

He was nearly signed to play semi-professional soccer in England before the pandemic changed those plans.
