Administrative Office Assistant

Erica supports the day-to-day administrative operations that keep ACT 3 Catering’s office, events, and internal teams moving smoothly. She serves as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff while coordinating the many details that support the company behind the scenes.

Her approach is grounded in communication, organization, and service. Erica works to ensure team members have the resources and guidance they need to succeed, while also helping create a positive and supportive work environment. She enjoys being part of a team that cares deeply about its work and takes pride in helping others create meaningful events and experiences.

With twelve years in the catering industry, Erica understands that successful events depend on far more than what happens onsite. Reliable communication, thoughtful preparation, and responsive support all contribute to the experience clients and team members receive.

Outside of work, Erica is a Disney theme park enthusiast, a passionate Seattle sports fan, and someone who enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time on the lake. Her background also includes a memorable year working at Disneyland as a server in its exclusive members-only club.
