Mario Enriquez has been a dedicated member of the ACT 3 Catering team for 14 years and currently serves as Executive Chef. Originally from Guatemala, Mario moved to the United States at the age of 18, bringing with him a lifelong passion for food that began in his childhood. Starting with learning how to make scrambled eggs at just eight years old. Mario joined ACT 3 Catering in 2011 as a prep cook and, through hard work, skill, and commitment, worked his way up to Executive Chef. His leadership is defined by consistency, attention to detail, and a deep respect for the craft of cooking. Known for his great sense of humor and unwavering dedication, Mario plays a key role in fostering a positive kitchen culture while delivering high-quality food for every event.
