Industry Background: I started in the fast-food industry and then started working as a dishwasher at a downtown Seattle hotel when I was 17. It was there when my career and passion for the industry began. Within 5 years I climbed the ladder to executive chef and spent another 10 years in that role developing and growing our culinary program across three hotels, two independent cafes, and an independent catering company. I then took a new challenge with Lisa Dupar Catering as director of food and beverage developing and over seeing a 12 million annul contract with Facebook. I now enjoy my days with ACT 3 Catering running the overall direction of the company.
