Area of Study: Food generally, but have a personal affinity for Asian foods, pastas and specialized preparations of proteins.  

Special Skills/Areas of Expertise: Have both extensive experience in food production and food service, therefore I would consider myself a jack of all trades.

Industry Background: Customer service originally, became a culinary production professional in 2018 due to a developed interest as a home cook.

Personal Mission Statement or Motto: “You’re never bigger than the culture’s food that you are cooking.”  

Born & Raised: Tacoma, Washington, also known as: The Greatest City on Earth.  

Zodiac Sign: Aries and Monkey (Chinese Zodiac).    

Favorite Core Value: Adaptable  

Favorite ACT 3 Dish: Pancetta and Butternut Squash Pasta. 

Pets: BK (Short for Baby King, Bubba Kong and/or Buddy Kat) THE CAT!  

Hobbies: Going out to eat, watching sports with family and friends, naps.
