Industry Background: Been in the field for over 16 years with a background at Boeing, Microsoft, and Nordstrom to name a few! Took a turn in my career where I worked in security for wholesale jewelry for 10 years. But as most people know, we always find ourselves back where our passion is; mine being in the kitchen. 

 

Personal Mission Statement or Motto: I am a person who believes in sharing my knowledge and skills- I enjoy teaching and passing what I've learned throughout the years to both my staff and my own kids/grandkids!

Born & Raised: Born in Puerto Rico- First Generation with 6 siblings; grew up in New York
