The purpose of this blog is to give you a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes at Act 3. We also may post some of our favorite recipes, give you peak at what’s new in our kitchen, fun facts about our staff, news about our upcoming events, event planning tips or whatever else comes to mind that we feel you should know about us.

Most importantly, we want to create yet another way to share our passion for food with you in a little more candid and intimate manner.
