		Q. Is a deposit required at the time of booking? A. Yes. For our full service events a $750.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This holds your date and is fully refundable up to 90-days prior to your event.
		Q. When is full or final payment due? A1. Corporate Events - Full payment is due on the day the services are received. A2. Special Events - Final payment is due in full, five (5) business days prior to your event.
		Q. When do I need to supply a final guest count? A. A final guest count must be received ten days before your event to ensure adequate food quantities and staffing.
		Q. Does Act 3 menu pricing include tax and gratuity? A1. All menu prices are subject to sales tax. A2. All event pricing is subject to sales tax. A3. Gratuity varies per menu / event. Please inquire for details.
		Q. Is there a minimum order amount? A. Not necessarily - we are happy to work with you to create an event to suit your budget and needs.
		Q. What is Act 3 Catering's policy regarding left over food? A. For the health and safety of our guests, temperature sensitive foods must remain with caterer at the end of your event for proper disposal. Ask us about alternatives!
		Q. Are there additional service prices with Act 3 Catering? A. The following is a list of additional services and prices that may apply - each event may require additional services based on your event and needs. Staffing: $18.00 per hour per employee from set up to clean up (four (4) hour minimum). Table linen for guest tables: $7.00 per linen. Linen overlays and napkins are available, ask for details. ** - Additional fees may apply based on each event's needs and requirements. We are happy to explain any additional services and fees that may be applicable to your event.
		Q. Does Act 3 Catering offer any wedding planning assistance? A. We've been helping to plan weddings for many years and have the expertise and experience to actually anticipate your needs. From phone call to feast, we handle every detail.
		Q. Does Act 3 Catering provide wedding cakes? A. Act 3 creates over 100 wedding cakes every year. Although we do not specialize in this field, we have the expertise in-house as well as many industry resources to provide your reception with the perfect wedding cake.
		Q. Does Act 3 Catering deliver? A. Absolutely! We serve the Pacific Northwest (most locations in all of Western Washington). We also serve clients in eastern Washington and Olympia for large events. There is a nominal delivery charge.
		Q. Does Act 3 Catering provide event coordinators? A. Our event coordinators are happy to assist in any way. We can provide advice and assistance in all areas of your event planning, and we can help ensure your special event is a success.
		Q. How much will it cost to cater my wedding or other event? A. This depends on several factors - the menu you choose and the services that are needed. A lot of work goes in to planning and creating your special event and we will assist every step of the way. We are happy to create a proposal for you based on your needs, call today!
		Q. Do you accept credit cards? A. Yes, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
		Q. Do your corporate menus include beverages? A. Our corporate lunches include everything from the main dish to sides, salads, beverages, and desserts as well as plates, forks and utensils.
