Smoked Chicken Alfredo with Penne

284007        1 lb Penne

44111          1 ½ cups butter- divided

382862        1 lb chicken breast halves- cubed

2 16oz containers Ricotta Cheese

9738            1 pint Heavy Cream

1 tsp Salt

12541          1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1 oz liquid smoke

Directions:

-Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add penne then cook 8-10 minutes till al-dente. Drain.

-Melt 2 Tbsp butter in large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken till 165F.

-In large saucepan combine ricotta cheese, cream, salt, parmesan cheese and remaining butter. Cook over medium heat until well combined, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked penne and chicken; cook until heated through.

Here are two of our most popular cocktail recipes to keep you cool at your next summer event:

Watermelon Daiquiri

Ingredients:

4 cups seeded cubed watermelon
1/2 cup Light Rum (of your choice)
1/4 cup orange Liqueur
Ice Cubes

Directions:

1. Freeze watermelon pieces in a shallow pan for at least 6 hours
2. Blend frozen watermelon, Light Rum & Orange Liqueur (stopping often to scrape down sides)
3. Add small portions of ice and blend until smooth

Mixture measures about 5 cup

4th of July Holiday Punch

Ingredients:

6 cups Orange Juice
20oz. Frozen Strawberries
2 Cups Cranberry Juice
3 Cups Ginger Ale

Directions:
1. Blend Orange Juice, Frozen Strawberries & Cranberry Juice until smooth. Add Ginger Ale right before serving & pour over ice.
