Catering Chef –

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Sous Chef who can assist in the day-to-day culinary activities in our catering kitchen. If you deliver a passion for service and a love for food, we will deliver an active, fun environment, where the employees work together.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning, directing, and executing food preparation in the kitchen
Prepare food presentations and displays
Supervising other kitchen staff as necessary
Other administrative duties including staff scheduling, food sourcing
Act as apprentice to Head Chef and learning all the tricks of the trade
Qualifications:
Ambition to become Head Chef
Able to learn quickly
Willing to work hard
Passion for food
